If you are resonating with this longing, you are not alone. I am so pleased to offer you a beautiful heart-centered, healing space in our upcoming autumn equinox container. This year, the fall equinox begins on September 22, 2025 @ 3:19pm (Northern Hemisphere Atlantic Time) and that is exactly when this series will launch. My intention is to hold & anchor the space for you to turn your attention inward and nurture your spirit throughout the fall season, as you journey from your head to your heart.

 

All themes of this series will be guided by the current season, nature & celestial occurrences, including moon cycles and the co-existence of planetary & node placements at that time.

 

We will come together in ceremony once a week via Zoom, deep diving into soul nourishing topics for the upcoming week. There will be some opportunity for engagement from our tribe within the chat box and within the Q & A time at the end, but there is no expectation for you to be anything except your beautiful authentic self. You may participate as much or as little as you want within the activities and chat box. To protect the integrity of your experience while in ceremony, all participant audio will be muted except in the event of asking a question during Q & A time. Your video is not required to remain on unless you prefer.

 

We will always begin our ceremony with a heart-centering guided meditation and energy clearing, followed by a planetary & energy update for the coming week. Together, we will explore these themes and how we may work with these forces to cultivate more inner space for clarity, connection, and inspiration. Infused throughout our ceremony will be moments of contemplation, self-reflection, journaling, sacred rituals, and of course, co-regulation with other heart-centered souls in this tribe. There is something so powerful when we gather together in heart-centered ways for a common purpose, such as inner growth & reconnection. It's absolutely magnetic! There will be on-going opportunities to engage within the chat box if desired and we will always close our ceremony with a protection ritual and guided intention & blessing for the week ahead.

 

Following the ceremony, you will be forwarded a follow-up summary which outlines the planetary events to watch for that week, along with suggested rituals for deepening your inner work.  

 

Please note: All meeting dates will be announced at least 2 months prior to the start date. These dates will vary according to moon cycles and other celestial & special events but they will always be held on a weekday evening as much as possible. For anyone who is unable to attend a particular Zoom ceremony, they will be recorded and you will have access to the replays and any other resources throughout the entirety of the season.

Here are just some of the rituals & practices we will be co-creating together, whether in our own time or when we come together in ceremony. ​

• Divination Practices: Deep diving into the world of symbolism and spiritual significance of pretty much everything, from celestial occurrences (moon cycles, planetary locations, etc.), repeating numbers, colours, herbs & spices, plants & their fruits, animal totems, our sun, moon & rising sign, ailments in certain body parts, including which side it's located on, etc. We live in an interconnected world that is deeply meaningful. When we tap into this depth and nurture our relationship with life, we begin to encounter more synchronicities and connection than we ever could have imagined. All of this has the power to propel us further into our authentic & empowered self-expression. 

• Creating a seasonal simmer pot through intentionally selecting ingredients for the purpose of drawing in & welcoming certain energies & experiences into our lives

• Mastering the power of intentional living through energy clearing & protection rituals

• Clarifying personal intentions & manifestation practices so our life force can be poured into areas that matter most to us

• Creating a seasonal alter space ~ a sacred space that’s meaningful for you where you can be with your innermost self in soul-nourishing ways.  A personal alter space serves as a powerful symbol to anchor to your heart space. It is curated by you by placing intentional items that bring you great peace & connection. This could be something from nature, a photograph, an artifact, an heirloom, crystals, a mantra, a candle, etc.  Your seasonal alter will serve to deepen rituals & practices related to self-connection, meditation, self-reflection, journaling, prayer or tapping into your creative flow.

• Body attunement, especially as we reconnect to our whole being, allowing for greater understanding of our body's nuances and subtle communications. Learning our body's yes's & no's and how it nudges us towards our next step is an essential first step towards living in alignment. From there, we can examine who we are at a deeper level according to how our bodies respond & communicate with us. Our likes & dislikes are not choices we make, they are felt in the depth of our being and they are there to guide us. 

• A commitment to engage in restorative & reconnective practices to heal the nervous system and most importantly to cultivate a healthy, loving relationship with self

Billing & Fees:

If you are interested in joining this seasonal container, a non-refundable registration fee of $30 ($10 per month of series) will secure your spot and will be deducted off the amount remaining, which is due in 3 equal installments ($175 per month of series) due at the beginning of each month. An informed consent must also be signed prior to the start date. Official invoices will be provided for each month of the series. Please check with your insurance as you may have coverage under a Licensed Counselling Therapist and get reimbursed for part or all of this fee. ​
